Refrain from smoking inside the center.
Respect the privacy of other patients and do not move around between clinics unnecessarily.
Compliance with the rules and regulations of the healthcare clinic where the patient is located
Patients must attend clinic appointments at the scheduled times and contact the reception and appointments department in advance if they need to change or cancel appointments.
Bring proof of patient identity when requested by clinic reception staff.
Provide complete and accurate personal information upon registration and provide complete and accurate information about the patient's medical condition to the treatment team.
Follow the treatment plan agreed upon by the medical team. If you refuse any treatment, you must sign a non-consent form, and you will be responsible for any consequences.
Asking for any information to clarify and understand any medical procedure
Failure to adhere to the treatment plan entails all the associated consequences for the patient.
Be careful in dealing with other patients and clinic staff, respect their privacy, and avoid disturbing them.
Do not bring any valuables when visiting clinics, and if necessary, inform the nursing staff that they will remain in the safe deposit box until the procedure is completed.
Preserve clinic property and handle it gently to avoid damage.
Patient rights
You have the right to receive the best possible healthcare, regardless of age, gender, nationality, religion, or medical condition. All your medical and personal data will be treated confidentially and privately, and no information will be disclosed except when officially requested by legal authorities. You have the right to know the names of the medical and nursing staff, and all other personnel involved in your healthcare. You have the right to receive the necessary information in a language you understand about any diagnostic or treatment procedure you have consented to. You also have the right to refuse any diagnostic or treatment procedure if you are not provided with sufficient information about it. You have the right to be informed of the diagnosis/prospective diagnosis, the treatment plan, alternative options, the expected outcome, potential side effects and complications, and the follow-up plan by the treating team. No surgical intervention or examination will be performed without your consent and your signature on the consent form. If you are unable to sign for any reason, the authorized person may give consent and sign on your behalf, and this will be clearly documented in your medical file. Obtain a second medical opinion, whether from within or outside Tayba Care Specialized Clinics, without fear or threat to your prescribed treatment plan. You have the right to refuse any treatment procedure after being fully informed of the consequences. A treatment refusal form must be signed, and the patient bears the consequences of refusing treatment. You will be provided with a medical report, a copy of your medical file, or any documents related to your medical condition. You have the right to express your opinion or raise any questions or complaints related to the healthcare provided.
